You agree not to hold John Stewart liable for any loss or cost incurred by you, or any person related or associated with you, as a result of materials or techniques, or coaching, offered by John Stewart , founder of Intuitive Consultants.

You shall indemnify Intuitive Consultants, in the event of any such claim, including but not limited to any claims made against Intuitive Consultants by any person related or associated with you. Nothing in the content materials shall be considered legal, financial, or actuarial advice.

Intuitive Consultants works with adults 18 or older. Any session for a minor will ONLY be done with the express written consent of the minor’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s), and ONLY after an initial consultation involving both the minor and the parent(s) or legal guardian(s).  The guardian or parent will be present at every session event. Intuitive Consultants reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Results are not guaranteed. John Stewart  of Intuitive Consultants holds no responsibility for the actions, choices, or decisions taken or made by the client.

Diagnosing psychological or medical conditions is for trained medical professionals (Physicians and Therapists), not for Intuitive Consultants.

All information shared for billing or for sessions is held in strict confidence. Your personally identifiable information is never sold, traded, or given away.

Intuitive sessions are determined in advance between John Stewart  and the client.

Intuitive Consultants- John Stewart is 100% committed to your intuitive appointment. It is important for you to be 100% committed to your intuitive appointment. When you reserve an intuitive appointment, you understand that you have purchased an “intuitive time slot”. It is your responsibility to show up and be on time for your appointment. Any changes made to your intuitive appointment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by phone at 717-340-2121. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
